We are now recruiting a Customer Manager to our team in Östermalm. About the role As a Customer Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of assistance assignments. You lead and develop assistance teams, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that the assistance maintains high quality according to LSS and applicable legislation. You have a central role in the organization and work closely with customers, relatives, representatives, assistants, authorities, and other partners. Your main areas of responsibility Personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility Support and development of assistance teams Quality assurance according to LSS and applicable legislation Implementation plans Close contact with customers, relatives, and representatives Communication with Försäkringskassan, municipalities, and other authorities We are looking for you who Have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility Have knowledge of personal assistance, LSS, and labor law Are confident, solution-oriented, and relationship-building Comfortable with independent responsibility and varied work tasks Experience from personal assistance and work in a similar role is a merit.
