We are now looking for a client relations accountant to join our team in Malmö. You will become an important advisor to our customers and part of an engaged team where we share knowledge, help each other, and have fun along the way. About the Role You will have full responsibility for your own customer portfolio and follow your customers through the entire financial management process. As their primary contact for financial matters, you create confidence, make finances understandable, and help them make well-informed decisions. The role is varied and suits you if you appreciate a combination of independent work, customer meetings, analysis, and close collaboration with colleagues. You will, among other things: - Manage the financial administration of your own customer portfolio - Work with ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial follow-ups - Prepare budgets, financial statements, and annual reports - Analyze finances and provide advice based on customer needs - Prepare for and participate in budget meetings, annual meetings, and other customer meetings - Collaborate with colleagues in other parts of the organization - Contribute to developing our working methods, routines, and digital tools Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a solid accounting foundation who thrives in a role combining accounting with customer contact and personal responsibility. We believe you: - Have post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent knowledge through experience - Have at least two years of experience in accounting work, for example in bookkeeping, auditing, property management, or accounting work with financial statements - Feel comfortable in customer dialogues and enjoy meeting with people - Work in a structured, thorough manner and take responsibility for driving your work forward - Are communicative and can explain finances in a simple and clear way - Have good system skills and enjoy working with digital tools - Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience from the real estate industry or financial management is a merit.
