The Role of Customer-Focused Mortgage Advisor As a customer-focused mortgage advisor, you are responsible for the entire customer process, from first contact to completed deal. The role involves guiding customers through their mortgage journey, identifying their needs, and finding competitive financing solutions through Lånekoll's network of lenders. You work in close dialogue with both customers and partners and have significant personal responsibility for driving business forward. The position suits you if you enjoy customer contact, are motivated by sales, and have a natural ability to build trust. Examples of Responsibilities Take responsibility for the entire mortgage process from first customer contact to completed deal Conduct needs analyses and identify appropriate financing solutions based on the customer's situation Provide qualified advice regarding mortgages and related products Maintain ongoing contact with banks, lenders, and partners to ensure attractive offers Work goal-oriented towards set budget and sales targets Ensure high quality in administration and documentation according to applicable regulations Create long-term customer relationships through professional service and good customer experience Your Background, Experience, and Qualifications We're looking for someone who is communicative, trustworthy, and has a strong drive to create business and customer value. You thrive in a results-oriented environment where you can combine advisory services, sales, and relationship building. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience in sales, advisory services, or other customer-facing work Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into business opportunities A structured work approach and good administrative skills Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your results Good communication skills and professional demeanor It is a merit if you have experience from mortgages, banking, finance, or insurance. Great weight will be placed on your personal qualities. We believe you are engaged, solution-oriented, and have strong business acumen. The role requires a Swedsec license for mortgages.
