Customer Service Representative / Car Sales Associate – Bilgruppen SYD Bilgruppen SYD is seeking a new colleague to join our car sales and service operations in Lomma. We are looking for someone who wants a varied role with extensive customer contact and who is interested in developing a career in the automotive industry. The position combines customer reception for our service department with car sales and customer interaction in the showroom. You will be an important person in our daily operations and one of the first customers meet – both in person and by phone. Bilgruppen continues to grow and we are therefore looking for someone who sees this role as a long-term opportunity, is willing to learn the business properly, and is ready to take responsibility. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Greet and assist service department customers Handle bookings and planning with the service department Create and manage work orders Handle payments and invoicing Answer phones and handle customer inquiries Follow up on ongoing customer matters Maintain ongoing contact with our technicians Greet customers interested in our vehicles Present cars and conduct test drives Manage and follow up on leads and customer inquiries Gradually learn and handle larger parts of the sales process Contribute to maintaining a professional standard in the showroom, customer reception, and customer areas The role is varied. Some days the service department is the focus, other days may involve working primarily with car customers, sales, and follow-ups. Who Are We Looking For? You need to be able to see what needs to be done without always waiting for a new instruction. A customer who walks through the door should feel seen. A phone call should be taken seriously. If you've promised a customer to follow up, you do it. During slower moments, you use your time on something that moves the business forward. The Position Scope: Full-time Employment Type: Trial period with possibility of permanent employment Location: Lomma Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
