About the role This is a broad and varied role where no two weeks are the same. You are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers while driving our sales and marketing efforts forward and strengthening our market presence. You will be an important part of our team and work closely with both management and operations. What you will work with Develop and maintain relationships with our corporate customers. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to continued growth. Plan, implement, and follow up on marketing and sales activities. Develop content for website and social media. Participate in customer meetings, quotation work, and business discussions. Coordinate marketing and customer activities together with operations. Contribute ideas on how we can continue to develop our offerings. Work closely with our operations to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Who are you? Who are you? You are curious, engaged, and motivated by making a difference – both for customers and for your colleagues. Perhaps you work today with marketing and customer relations, or with sales and business development? Regardless of background, you enjoy creating relationships, building trust, and driving things forward. We believe you have Experience working in marketing, sales, or customer responsibility, preferably with your own customer management. Experience preparing and following up on quotations. Ability to plan, implement, and follow up on marketing and sales activities. Good communication and teaching skills. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing. A structured working approach and genuine commitment to creating customer value. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience working in digital systems.
