We work to ensure, in collaboration with the personal assistant, that the customer's self-determination, good living conditions, and opportunity for freedom in daily life are protected. At Saga Omsorg, commitment and good relationships are important keywords in daily work. With us, you get close and accessible contact with your immediate supervisor. We have collective agreements and authorization to provide assistance from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate. Are you interested in culture? Do you enjoy going to concerts, theater, and museums? Then you share the interests of our client who is now looking for assistants to become part of her circle. You who are applying should be a woman and have similar interests. The work also involves personal care, cooking, and other tasks in a home that make it pleasant and nice. Since some of the work is performed in the field, it may happen that some manual transfers/support in uncomfortable positions need to occur. It is an advantage to have experience in assistance, but it is not a requirement; introduction and training take place at the workplace.
