The position candidate must meet the following requirements:
desired higher or secondary specialized education in the field of culture;
ability to develop, prepare, and conduct cultural events;
ability to plan work in accordance with set goals, priorities, and the established budget;
skills to use information technology for performing job duties;
valid electronic signature (eID or eParaksts mobile).
Main duties of the Cultural Events Organizer (in the structural unit "Puša Parish Community Center"):
develop creative projects related to the field of culture;
when organizing events, cooperate within reasonable limits with other municipal cultural institutions and their artistic amateur groups;
analyze public interests and needs in the field of culture, evaluate priorities;
plan cultural center events in accordance with national, regional, and municipal cultural event plans;
plan cultural center events in accordance with national, regional, and municipal cultural event plans;
promote the cultural institution, associations, and municipality within the country;
ensure the economic operation of the cultural center – maintain records of inventory in use, costumes and other material assets, their preservation, and the acquisition of new costumes, economic materials, and inventory within the budget framework.
Base salary: 499.00 EUR during the probation period. After the probation period – according to evaluation.

The competition is organized in two rounds. In the first round, the competition commission evaluates the documents submitted by position candidates and their compliance with qualification requirements.
