CULTURAL EVENTS ORGANIZER (3435 20)
You will need:
• secondary professional education, knowledge of the state language;
• experience in organizing cultural events;
• ability to develop, prepare and conduct cultural events;
• desirable experience and knowledge in psychology, social care, social rehabilitation, pedagogy;
• good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cooperate and work in a team with other specialists.
We will entrust you with:
• planning, organizing and conducting cultural events;
• compiling a cultural events plan for a month, quarter, year, taking into account and respecting clients' preferences, abilities, talents and skills;
• decorating common areas, the assembly hall;
• motivating clients to participate in activities, conducting social rehabilitation within and outside the institution;
• cooperating with sector managers, interest club educators.
We offer:
• monthly salary from €425.50 to €549.00 gross (depending on previous work experience and qualifications. After the probation period, depending on qualifications, competencies, work performance evaluation and regular work volume);
• 25% bonus for work related to special risk;
• part-time shortened working hours, in accordance with the work schedule;
• additional leave up to eight working days in accordance with annual work performance evaluation;
• additional leave of three working days for work related to special risk;

• social guarantees and bonuses in accordance with the collective agreement;
• free parking;
• health insurance after 3 (three) months of work.
