Krokomsbostäder is now seeking a dedicated property manager who wants to work closely with our customers and make a difference in their daily lives. The position will begin as a staffing assignment for six months, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position with Krokomsbostäder thereafter. About the Role As a property manager with us, you will have your own area of responsibility where you mainly work with supervision and interior and exterior maintenance of our properties. The work is varied and includes, among other things, corrective maintenance, minor repairs, simple plumbing work, and maintenance of outdoor areas. The work also includes troubleshooting the properties' technical installations. You receive and handle fault reports and have daily contact with our tenants and businesses. Therefore, service, solution-focused approach, and professional conduct are important parts of the work. You work both independently and together with your colleagues and have great freedom to plan and solve the tasks that arise during the workday. You are part of a team with property managers, property caretakers, and operations technicians who work together to create well-maintained properties and pleasant residential environments. Qualifications We would like to see that you have: Education in property management, electrical work, plumbing, or equivalent experience Experience in property maintenance Driver's license (category B) Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience working with digital systems We place great importance on your personal qualities Additional Information Scope: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 Employment Type: Permanent position; employment begins as a staffing assignment (6-month fixed-term contract) to transition to a permanent position with Krokomsbostäder Salary: According to collective agreement.
