For fifteen years, Genero has supported the public sector with qualified consultants and interim solutions within finance functions. During this time, we have built a reputation as a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and long-term partner – and now we want to grow. Our expansion is driven by a clear need in the sector: competent finance professionals who can strengthen public sector operations in transition, ensure quality, and contribute to societal benefit. We are now seeking a requirements coordinator for one of our major clients. You will be employed by Genero but will work on-site at the client's location. The assignment runs at half-time for two years with good opportunities to expand to full-time and extend the assignment. This may include both shorter engagements in a single project as well as dedicating a larger portion of your time to a specific project over a longer period. The role will be shaped based on your competency background and the projects' needs. For you to function and thrive in this role, it is required that you are communicative, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks and stakeholders. Mandatory requirements for the position: At least 4 years of experience as a requirements manager, requirements coordinator, requirements analyst, requirements engineer, or similar within infrastructure projects in the planning or implementation phase. A requirements manager, requirements coordinator, requirements analyst, requirements engineer, or similar is someone who has worked with systematic requirements management at the overall project level.
