We at Eccera are now looking for an experienced requirements analyst with the ability to drive requirements work from needs gathering and analysis to documentation and quality assurance. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex business environment with both internal and external stakeholders, where you become an important link between business, project management, and development. The role involves operational responsibility for planning and conducting needs and requirements gathering for new registers and systems, with the opportunity to also work with other systems and services. Your Responsibilities As a requirements analyst, you are responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating requirements work in close collaboration with project managers, developers, and the business stakeholders. You will, among other things: Conduct interviews and workshops to gather needs and requirements, independently or in collaboration with, for example, service designers. Identify, analyze, classify, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Lead, coordinate, and support the business in formulating clear requirements from different perspectives and needs. Translate business needs into clear and value-creating IT solutions. Develop and refine requirements and use cases while ensuring traceability between needs and requirements. Model and document processes, information models, data models, and service flows. Ensure quality and structure in requirements documentation throughout the requirements process. Collaborate with project management, development, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clear, anchored, and feasible to implement. Your Profile We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of documented experience working as a requirements analyst and who have experience gathering, analyzing, structuring, and documenting requirements in both business and IT-related projects. We would like to see that you have: Experience in requirements analysis and requirements management in complex IT environments. Experience documenting requirements in, for example, User Stories, Use Cases, process models, information models, requirements and needs matrices, and requirements specifications. Good knowledge of requirements management according to ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 or equivalent established standard. Experience leading interviews and workshops for needs and requirements gathering. Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and usable requirements. Experience ensuring traceability between business needs and requirements. Good ability to communicate and collaborate with both business and technical teams. It is advantageous if you have: Certification in requirements analysis, such as IREB/CPRE or BABOK (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP). Experience in information security and ISO 27001. Experience in requirements definition in procurement. Experience in requirements analysis for registers and register interfaces. Relevant higher education in, for example, computer science, systems science, or equivalent. Certificates or credentials from requirements analysis training. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and communicative. You find it easy to create structure in complex issues and can transform business needs into clear and usable requirements. You are comfortable in dialogue with different stakeholders and have the ability to drive requirements work forward in a methodical and solution-oriented manner.
