We're looking for someone with at least 9 years of experience as a requirements analyst who has developed deep expertise in the field. You are comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for specific areas, and serving as a role model for other consultants. You have a natural ability to create structure in complex project environments and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least eight years of combined experience with requirements and needs capture in system development and/or system management At least two years of experience with requirements and needs capture in large organizations At least two years of combined experience with requirements management in agile system development At least three years of experience with procurement, development, or management of business systems, HR systems, and/or portals At least six months of experience with established requirements tools where both requirements and test cases are managed, for example Jira, HP QC, Microsoft TFS/DevOps, or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with different types of stakeholders In this role you will: Collect, analyze, and document requirements and needs from various stakeholders. Work closely with system developers with a focus on integrations, APIs, and data flows. Develop technical and non-functional requirements related to, for example, performance, security, accessibility, and operational capability. Work with requirements management in agile development environments and ensure traceability between needs, requirements, and test cases. Collaborate with solution architects, IT operations, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are feasible and well-anchored. Interpret technical documents such as architecture descriptions, sequence diagrams, and data models and translate these into clear functional and technical requirements. Contribute structure and methodology in complex organizations and project environments. You are comfortable working with established tools and methods and are confident expressing yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. The position requires Swedish citizenship and fluent knowledge of Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The assignment is located at the customer site in Enköping and involves physical presence on-site five days a week.
