Our office is located on Fleminggatan in central Stockholm. We currently have approximately 220 employees. About the job Brå is focusing on digitalization and we are now seeking a requirements analyst. As a requirements analyst at Brå, you are responsible for translating the organization's prioritized needs into clear and quality-assured requirements for the development, further development and management of our systems. Your role also includes analysis, documentation, planning, follow-up and communication to ensure that our solutions meet the organization's needs. An important part of the role is also to develop and improve the processes and working methods that are linked to requirements work. You will have extensive contact with IT colleagues, product owners, internal development teams, business representatives and other expert and support functions at Brå. Collaboration also takes place with other authorities and external suppliers. As a requirements analyst, you function as a link between the business and IT. You plan and lead workshops independently and use use cases, requirement models, process models and information models, among other things, to structure and clarify needs and requirements. Work is conducted in an agile environment where collaboration and dialogue are central parts of everyday work. Your education and experience We are looking for someone who has: - Relevant university education in systems science or other education/experience that Brå considers equivalent - At least 3 years of work experience as a requirements analyst or another role with experience in requirements analysis - Experience in agile IT development or management - Experience leading workshops - Experience leading requirements analysis in agile development - Experience in process modeling - Experience with case management systems such as Jira - Good knowledge of IT - Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing - Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing. It is meriting if you have education or certification in requirements management and requirements analysis as well as in agile development. We also view positively experience as a project manager, management leader or development manager. It is also meriting if you have experience in statistics, information modeling and procurement. Experience working within the justice system as well as work experience in IT in the public sector is also meriting. Your personal qualities As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your work, while you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in a clear and pedagogical way. You have good problem-solving skills and can break down complex needs and requirements into manageable parts. When circumstances change, you are pragmatic and have the ability to find new ways forward in requirements work. To thrive in the role, you need to have an agile mindset and be able to adapt working methods and approaches according to Brå's needs and conditions. You are curious and innovative and take on challenges with both humility and persistence. Because the business areas can be complex, we also see that you have patience and the will to gradually build a deeper understanding of the business.
