Who are you? You're curious, analytical, and like to understand why before you start defining what. You're used to working close to the business and feel comfortable asking questions to understand the real needs. At the same time, you have a good technical understanding and can grasp information flows, integrations, and dependencies between different systems. You're structured in your approach, but not rigid. For you, good requirements work isn't about producing as much documentation as possible, but about creating alignment and giving the team the right conditions to build the right solution. AI and agent-driven ways of working are becoming an increasingly natural part of how we work. You're curious about how AI can be used to streamline processes, create better decision-making foundations, and contribute to more value in both assignments and deliverables. The Role ⌨️ With our client in the public sector, you'll play an important role in modernizing an existing mission-critical system and developing the next generation of the solution. A central part of the role is to work together with the business and product owner to identify which needs should actually be carried into the new solution and which are rather a result of how the old system was once built. You will, among other things: • Drive and structure requirements work together with business, product owner, and development team. • Capture, analyze, and make the business's needs concrete. • Challenge existing ways of working and help the business think beyond today's solution. • Break down complex needs into clear and executable requirements. • Work with requirements related to both administrative interfaces and system integrations. • Map information flows, dependencies, and different stakeholders' data needs. Experience 📝 We're looking for you with: • Experience as a requirements analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. • Experience with requirements work in complex IT environments and familiarity with working close to both business and technical teams. • Ability to identify underlying needs and not just document stated wishes. • Understanding of integrations, APIs, information flows, and dependencies between different systems. It's a merit if you've worked on modernization or replacement of legacy business systems. You're confident in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as several assignments require it in daily collaboration with the client. In this role, it's important that you feel comfortable driving your work forward independently and taking responsibility for both requirements work and client dialogue.
