Requirements Analyst

About the role As a requirements analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring that the organization's needs are transformed into clear and actionable requirements for the development of digital services and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, development teams, and other parties to create solutions that meet both user and organizational needs. The role includes, among other things: Mapping, analyzing, and documenting business needs Leading and conducting workshops with various stakeholders Developing and managing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Ensuring traceability between business objectives, requirements, and deliverables Supporting development teams and the organization throughout the change and development process Contributing to improved practices in requirements management and business development We are looking for someone who has Several years of experience as a requirements analyst, business analyst, or similar role Experience working with requirements definition in complex organizations Good understanding of agile working methods and development processes Experience facilitating workshops and dialogues with different stakeholder groups Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Experience from the public sector Experience in defining requirements for procurement processes in the public sector, including development of requirement documentation, evaluation criteria, and support in procurement processes in accordance with LOU Understanding of how business needs are translated into clear, measurable, and traceable requirements in connection with the procurement of systems, services, or digital solutions As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive at creating alignment between business and technology and are comfortable managing multiple perspectives simultaneously.
