You will initially be employed by Professionals Nord and work full-time on-site at Kranpunkten's client location. This position is part of our staffing where you are employed through Professionals Nord and work on assignment at our client Kranpunkten for 4 months. After that, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, the intention is for you to be recruited directly by Kranpunkten. This recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord, and Kranpunkten's request is that all questions regarding the position go to [email protected] Job Responsibilities As an inside sales representative, you will have a central role in daily operations. You will often be one of the first points of contact and be responsible for providing professional service and finding solutions based on customer needs. Your duties will include: Handling customer contact via phone and other channels Managing bookings and orders in the company's business system Ensuring that the right products and services are available according to customer needs Planning and booking transportation Monitoring machinery availability and status Assisting with planning and coordination of daily operations Providing service and advice regarding the company's products Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Handling administrative tasks related to operations You will work full-time on-site at Kranpunkten's project and become an important part of the team there. About You We would like you to have experience from similar work or from roles where you've had extensive customer contact, administration, logistics, or coordination. However, personal suitability and attitude are more important than previous experience. As an inside sales representative, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and organized. You enjoy having many points of contact and can handle periods of high pace without losing focus. You collaborate easily, take responsibility for your tasks, and see what needs to be done. We would like it if you have an interest in machinery and technical products as well as a desire to develop within the field.
