Apply for the position today – selection is ongoing. Job Information Professionals Nord is seeking an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of Kranpunkten. You will initially be employed by Professionals Nord and work full-time on-site at Kranpunkten's customer location. This position is part of our staffing where you are employed through Professionals Nord and work on assignment at our customer Kranpunkten for 4 months. Thereafter, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, the intention is for you to be hired directly by Kranpunkten. Job Responsibilities As an inside sales representative, you will play a central role in daily operations. You will often be one of the first points of contact and are responsible for providing professional service and finding solutions based on customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer contact via phone and other channels - Managing bookings and orders in the company's business system - Ensuring that the right products and services are available based on customer needs - Planning and booking transportation - Keeping track of machine availability and status - Assisting with planning and coordination of daily operations - Providing service and advice regarding the company's products - Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations - Handling administrative tasks related to the business You will work full-time on-site at Kranpunkten's project and become an important part of the team there. About You We would like to see that you have experience from similar work or from roles where you have had extensive customer contact, administration, logistics, or coordination. Personal suitability and attitude are, however, more important than previous experience. As an inside sales representative, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and well-organized. You enjoy having many points of contact and can handle periods of high pace without losing focus. You are good at collaborating, take responsibility for your tasks, and see what needs to be done. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in machinery and technical products as well as a desire to develop within the field.
