As we're in an expansive phase and are involved in several interesting projects with our industrial customers throughout Dalarna—including Falun, Borlänge, Avesta, and Ludvika—we need to grow with more engaged top performers in these areas. Currently, our division and operations are based in Borlänge, but our assignments extend throughout the entire region. Work Tasks As a power and industrial electrician with us, you'll work on varied tasks in exciting customer projects from start to finish. The work may include everything from installation and troubleshooting to renovations, electrical service, and preventive maintenance. Main Work Tasks Install, assemble, and connect cabling Troubleshooting and maintenance primarily in industrial facilities Assist with system commissioning in projects Provide customer-focused service Experience and Qualifications We'd like to build a team with different specializations and competencies within electrical power, but we do require that you've worked several years as an electrician, are self-directed, have a strong ability to collaborate with others, and are flexible in your work. For a lead technician or project manager role, it's advantageous if you have a good understanding of business operations, cost estimation work, and customer relations. We believe you enjoy working on varied tasks, are solution-oriented, and take your own initiative. We highly value your communication skills, as you'll have both internal and external contacts, and we appreciate your positive attitude toward change. As a person, you're accustomed to maintaining a high technical standard and efficiency in your work. You thrive working toward deadlines, are confident in your expertise, and have good prioritization skills under pressure. Maintaining many contact points where you also provide service and support based on your electrical expertise is an important part of your work. We're Looking for You: Having electrical training and an ECY certificate or equivalent qualifications A few years of experience as an electrician or power technician A valid driver's license (Class B) is required You must be able to read and understand drawings and circuit diagrams Good knowledge of both Swedish and English It's advantageous if you've previously worked in the power segment or as an industrial electrician and have experience with work supervision, such as a lead technician or equivalent.
