DUTIES We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine who wants to take on the challenges of the future together with us. As Chef de Cuisine, you report directly to the Director of Administration and are part of the Operations and Service Administration's management group. You have operational responsibility for personnel, finances, operations, results, and work environment within the food services unit. You also initiate and drive development initiatives within the area in close collaboration with other professionals, external partners, and managers. Together with your team, you lead and develop the operations to ensure high quality and good service. The operations currently have three production kitchens that produce meals for preschools, schools, and special residential facilities. You work closely with the operations that the food services unit provides services to. As Chef de Cuisine, you will: • Develop operations based on politically decided goals within given financial frameworks • Take responsibility for personnel, work environment, and skills development • Take responsibility for finances, quality, and operational results • Drive development work with focus on quality and improvement • Collaborate with managers, operations, and external partners We offer operations-focused leadership with engaged managerial colleagues, employees, and support functions where we work together to develop the operations.
