This means you have the opportunity to choose to work in an activity with tasks that suit you. Working in care and support usually involves scheduled shifts: day/evening/weekend/night. QUALIFICATIONS If you have experience, it is highly valued, but we are happy to train you if you are working in care for the first time. Our goal is to make your time both enjoyable and educational, so we meet you where you are and fill in any knowledge gaps during the introduction period. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, which means you are flexible and confident in your professional role, and can work independently as well as in a team. We value good collaboration skills and a professional approach. You work closely with users, so you should have a great interest in people, patience and the ability to understand the user's situation. It is self-evident that you have good communication with users and their relatives. We would like to see that you have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli or Finnish. For work within home services, a driver's license is required.
