Job Description We are currently looking for someone who wants to work through the season and then as needed for our clients in the field of Property Care, snow removal, and exterior maintenance. You will be working in park management and exterior maintenance in green spaces during the fall and transitioning to snow removal in winter. Our client needs personnel who can perform tasks such as trimming after mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, cutting water shoots on trees, and other standard exterior maintenance and park management tasks. We're looking for someone who wants to work outdoors, who has the drive to get things done, has some experience with gardening and using trimmers, hedge shears, and who feels comfortable operating garden machinery. Our work tasks largely include hedge trimming, tree pruning, weeding, trimming, and all forms of soil improvement, grass cutting, planting, leaf management, and more. In winter, there is snow removal in courtyards, parking lots, roofs, entrances, and walkways at residential buildings. Both by hand and with machinery. Work Hours Exterior Maintenance summer/fall: Monday – Friday 07-16. Work Hours Snow Removal: On-call, all hours of the day. Scope: Full-time can be offered August-September. Otherwise, we're looking for someone who wants to work extra hours as needed. We work with biodiversity in mind and great environmental consideration, trying to incorporate environmental thinking at all levels and inform our clients so that together with them we can choose the best options for their gardens and for the environment. Qualifications: You must be able to work full-time through the end of September. · Experience with gardening and the above tasks (private or professional) · Driver's License Category B (manual transmission) · Good understanding of Swedish language in speech and writing · Meriting if you have a permit for a chainsaw. · Meriting if you can drive a car with a trailer Personal Qualities: · Punctual - Meticulous - Social · Can handle a high work pace, are self-driven / see what needs to be done. · Pleasant demeanor toward our clients. · You must have good teamwork skills but also the ability to independently take responsibility for carrying out work tasks. · Great importance is placed on you having good physical fitness and extensive knowledge of gardening and plants · Very good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing.
