About the Position We are looking for a Coordinator / Booker / Sales Representative at 75–100%. With us, you will become a key person in the operation and an important part of the company's continued development. You will work closely with both customers and our staff. No two days are the same – one day you help a restaurant solve an urgent staffing need, and the next day you sign an agreement with a completely new customer. Your Responsibilities Coordinate and book staff for our customers. Contact new and existing customers via phone and email. Actively sell our staffing and recruitment services. Schedule customer meetings and follow up on quotes. Write and follow up on customer agreements. Recruit chefs, service staff, and other HoReCa personnel. Match the right candidate with the right assignment. Build long-term relationships with both customers and staff. Work toward set goals and contribute to the company's continued growth. We are Looking for You If You Speak and write fluent Swedish. Speak and write fluent English. Enjoy talking with people and creating new contacts. Are service-oriented and have a professional demeanor. Are organized, solution-oriented, and self-driven. Have a business-minded approach and enjoy making deals. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and see opportunities where others see problems. Are motivated by achieving goals and developing yourself. Meritorious Experience Experience from the restaurant, hotel, or staffing industry. Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment. Experience in personnel planning or coordination.
