About the Position
Galaxen Bygg's vision is a sustainable working life in the construction sector. We contribute to health and competence in the construction industry by matching people to jobs, supporting introductions and rehabilitation, and providing training in occupational health and safety. We are now looking for a coordinator and trainer based in Linköping. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you'll have the opportunity to work and develop in both of our business areas: recruitment and rehabilitation, as well as occupational health and safety.
The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and collaboration partners. You will build networks, hold information meetings, manage various types of agreements, and primarily follow up with individuals in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent with customers and collaboration partners to support, inform, and follow up – all to contribute to skills supply and sustainable working life in the construction industry. Training initiatives in occupational health aimed at companies are also part of the role.

About Galaxen Bygg
We operate in two areas:
Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate rehabilitation work for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help people find the right job and employers find the right competence in the construction sector. We create opportunities for customized employment for people with disabilities who have a construction background.
Occupational Health & Safety: On behalf of the industry, we offer training and lectures in, for example, Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA), NPF, and Ergonomics. We also meet all students in upper secondary school construction and plumbing programs every year to inform about occupational health, safety, and health.
Placement Location: Linköping
Type of Position: Permanent full-time employment with 6 months' probation. The position has a salary range of 37,000 kr – 39,000 kr depending on experience.
