We are now looking for a coordinator and school educator in Södertälje and surrounding areas/southern Stockholm region. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop in both our areas of operation: recruitment and rehabilitation, as well as occupational health and safety. The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and cooperation partners. You will build networks, hold information meetings, manage various types of agreements, and follow up on people in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent with customers and cooperation partners to support, inform, follow up, and educate – all to contribute to skills supply and a sustainable working life in the construction industry. Part of your time will be spent at high schools informing about occupational health, safety, and wellbeing in construction and HVAC classes. Meritorious Good knowledge of occupational health and safety Good knowledge of the construction industry About Galaxen Bygg We operate in two areas: Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate rehabilitation work for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help people find the right work and help employers find the right expertise within the construction sector. We create opportunities for adapted employment for people with disabilities who have a background in construction. Occupational Health & Safety: On behalf of the industry, we offer training and lectures in, for example, Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA) and Ergonomics. We also meet all students in high school construction and HVAC programs every year to inform about occupational health, safety, and wellbeing. Work Location: Södertälje Type of Position: Permanent full-time employment with 6 months probation. The position has a salary range of SEK 37,000 – 39,000 depending on experience.
