We are now seeking a coordinator based in Växjö with weekly assignments in Kalmar. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop in both of our business areas: recruitment and rehabilitation as well as occupational environment and health. The role involves creating and maintaining strong relationships with both companies and collaboration partners. You will build networks, conduct information meetings, manage various types of agreements, and primarily follow up with individuals in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent with customers and collaboration partners to provide support, information, and follow-up – all with the aim of contributing to competence supply and sustainable working life in the construction industry. Since the work involves spending considerable time with our customers and collaboration partners, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle. You should also be able to accommodate overnight stays as the role involves working from our office in Kalmar. Merits Good knowledge of occupational environment & health Good knowledge of the construction industry About Galaxen Bygg We operate in two areas: Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate rehabilitation efforts for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help people find the right job and employers find the right competence within the construction sector. We create opportunities for tailored employment for people with disabilities who have a background in construction. Occupational Environment & Health: On behalf of the industry, we offer training and lectures in, for example, Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA) and Ergonomics. We also meet with all students in the construction and plumbing programs at secondary schools every year to inform about occupational environment, safety, and health. Work Location: Växjö Position Type: Permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period. The salary range is 37,000 kr – 39,000 kr depending on experience.
