Do you want a central role where you can combine structure, planning and many contact points? We are now looking for a coordinator at Swegon in Nacka. Here you will have an important role in daily operations, where you plan technicians' work, coordinate assignments and have close contact with both technicians, project managers and other parts of the organization. This is a role for you who likes to stay on top of things, enjoys switching between different tasks and likes to take your own initiative to get things done. About the Position Swegon is an international industrial company that develops products and systems for a good and energy-efficient indoor climate. In Stockholm, Swegon is currently building up its operations and you will be an important part of the continued development of the team. As a coordinator, you will be a close partner to the technical manager, sales staff and project managers and have a central role in planning the technicians' work. You will be responsible for, among other things, starting assignments, booking out technicians and ensuring that the right person is in the right place at the right time. The role is broad and you will progressively take on greater responsibility. This is a consulting assignment via Professionals Nord starting immediately. The assignment is initially for 12 months, with good opportunity for extension. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work on assignment at Swegon. You ensure that the technicians' work is planned and flows as efficiently as possible. You will, among other things: • Plan and book out technicians on various assignments • Start and administer work orders in the business system • Prioritize between different assignments and assess what needs to be handled first • Have ongoing contact with technicians, project managers and other internal contact points • Participate in project planning and contribute to ensuring the right resources are in place • Follow up on ongoing work and identify issues that need to be handled • Ensure that information and communication between different parties functions • Help develop working methods and routines as the business grows Initially, the role will contain a larger portion of administration and order management. Over time, we would like to see you take on greater responsibility for planning and coordination. What We're Looking For • Experience from an administrative, coordinating or service-oriented role • Good computer and system skills and comfort with the Office package, Outlook and business systems • Experience communicating with different types of people • Very good Swedish in speech and writing It is a plus if you have experience from, for example, customer service, case handling, coordination or technical operations. Experience from the ventilation or construction industry is a plus but not a requirement. You will learn Swegon's systems and industry on the job! To succeed in the role, we believe you are social, fearless and have gumption. You enjoy many contact points and can adapt your communication depending on who you are talking to, from technicians in the field to project managers and managers. You are thorough and find it easy to prioritize when several things happen at once. You don't need to have all the answers from the start, but you are not afraid to try, make decisions or ask for help when you need it.
