About the workplace The office for Center 1 is located on Jönköpingsgatan and we provide care and support in the home to customers who live in Husensjö, Rosengården and Adolfsberg. As an employee, you receive a wellness allowance of 3000 kronor per year. Work tasks As a coordinator, you work with varying tasks. You will, among other things, administer and distribute operations for days and evenings as well as understand and work toward balanced finances and a safe work environment. The work involves different areas of responsibility, such as working according to decided quality assurance processes within home care according to the Social Services Act, working according to planning processes, documenting in LifeCare and working in Mina Planer to ensure good cooperation when receiving new customers and discharges from the hospital. The work also involves preparations for various meeting formats where you are expected to have an active, supportive role. In your work, you will have close cooperation with the unit manager regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs and evaluating temporary staff. You will also ensure staffing planning of temporary staff during absences as well as work distribution according to operational needs. Part of your time involves coordinating the introduction of newly hired employees. You will be part of a local management group consisting of three coordinators, an administrator and a unit manager. Together we work to create the best conditions for our employees in their work. The coordinator role will also involve work in home care. This may involve planned or unplanned care services for customers. The position includes weekend work every third week. Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or can certify that you had a permanent employment as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You have basic computer skills and are comfortable working with various digital tools, and are confident in your documentation skills. Given this, we expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You need to be willing to be delegated and perform delegated services according to the Health and Medical Services Act. B driver's license and the ability to cycle is a requirement. We would like to see that you have experience working as a coordinator or equivalent. It is particularly meritorious if you have had this role within home care. It is also meritorious if you have experience with LifeCare, Mina Planer and Medvind.
