At Borås Golf Club, you'll take on a key role in developing the junior program and become part of a club with strong commitment and high ambitions. Your Future Employer Borås Golf Club is one of Sweden's larger golf clubs with extensive operations and facilities. The club operates two 18-hole courses and one 9-hole short course, has approximately 2,400 active members, and runs year-round activities. We maintain a sports and sustainability perspective in all our development while ensuring solid finances and long-term improvement of quality and member value. Our youth program is a prioritized part of our organization, and we want to take the next step in attracting and developing children and young people. What Does the Role Offer? In this new position, you'll have the chance to help develop Borås Golf Club's junior program. You'll be an important connecting link that creates structure and ensures smooth daily operations for juniors, parents, and coaches. Your responsibilities will include: · Managing membership administration, emails, and inquiries · Planning and coordinating activities and camps · Developing routines and working methods · Supporting coaches and identifying the program's needs You'll work closely with the club's head coach and junior committee. Since this is a new role at the club, you'll have excellent opportunities to influence both working methods and content—while contributing to the club's continued development. This is a three-year project employment with varying hours, tailored to the program's activities and needs. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with experience in sports or nonprofit organization work who enjoys creating structure, coordinating, and interacting with many different people. You're comfortable with digital tools, express yourself well in Swedish, and have basic English skills. You hold a valid driver's license. If you also have golf experience, that's a bonus. As a person, you're organized, self-driven, and initiative-taking. You communicate clearly, listen to different needs, and collaborate easily.
