Would you like to help give foreign experts the best possible start on their assignment in Sweden? We are now looking for an engaged and driven relocation coordinator for a consultant position in Karlskrona.
In this role, you will support foreign employees with everything related to their corporate housing and establishment. You will be the crucial link between the employer, housing providers, and the employees.

This is a consultant position at 100% starting immediately and will run for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, so if you are interested in the position, apply today!
Responsibilities
Search & Coordinate Housing: Actively search for available rental apartments and negotiate and collaborate with various housing providers.
Relocation & Support: Receive and support foreign employees relocating to Sweden for their work assignments.
Showings & Inspections: Conduct apartment viewings and be responsible for move-in inspections and coordination.
Collaboration: Build and maintain good relationships with multiple internal and external parties.
Qualifications
Experience: Background in housing brokerage, relocation, HR, or coordination is a merit.
Education: Higher education (for example in HR, social sciences, or real estate).
Languages: Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
Personal Qualities: You are relationship-building, have good negotiation experience, and thrive on providing high service to people from different cultures.
