Together we make a difference, for the entire society. Your Role as Control System Engineer As a Control System Engineer, you will be part of a larger group of engineers distributed across Sweden. You will work at our customers' electrical substations with tasks including: Maintenance testing of relay protection Commissioning, configuration, and testing of control systems Troubleshooting and relay switchover Work with remote controls and other substation equipment Minor design adaptations related to commissioning The role offers a varied daily routine where you work both independently and together with colleagues, customers, and other electrical specialists. You will be part of the Technology business area where we have approximately 170 engineers spread across the country, which provides access to a large knowledge base. You will have good opportunities to take internal training courses, broaden your expertise, and work with all types of control equipment at voltage levels ranging from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. Business travel is a natural part of the work. Requirements We know you will develop together with us. But we would like you to already have: A post-secondary electrical power education or equivalent work experience in electrical power At least one year of experience working with control systems, testing, or relay protection Driver's license (category B) Swedish is our main working language and therefore you need very good skills in both speaking and writing. We also see that you have good knowledge of English, especially in reading and writing It is advantageous if you also have experience with: Voltage levels 130–400 kV IEC 61850 Design adaptations We are looking for you who are motivated to work with complex issues and who enjoy finding solutions together with others.
