About the Role
As Office Manager, you hold overall responsibility for the operation's quality, results, development, and finances. You lead customer-responsible staff, create clarity around goals and priorities, and ensure that operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
You actively work with budgets, key performance indicators, and follow-up, and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen both quality and profitability.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and develop operations in Stockholm and Visby.
- Coach and follow up with customer-responsible staff.
- Take responsibility for budgets, forecasts, results, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Drive operational development and improvement initiatives.
- Create long-term satisfied customers and engaged employees.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has experience leading operations and employees.
- Has good financial understanding and experience with budget and results monitoring.
- Is accustomed to working with goals, quality, and operational management.
- Has the ability to create structure, make decisions, and implement changes.
- Has good understanding of personal assistance services and the requirements placed on operations.
Relevant university education is a merit, as is some form of leadership training, but the greatest weight is placed on your experience, your leadership, and your ability to create results through others.

About the Position
The position is a permanent full-time appointment based in Stockholm and includes responsibility for operations in both Stockholm and Visby, with travel between the locations. Other business travel may also occur.
