Social Pedagogue / Contact Person. Based in Växjö and Karlshamn. The work is located at two fixed sites with travel during working hours. We are looking for you to have relevant post-secondary education in the form of Social Pedagogue training or equivalent of at least 400YH or 180HP; a diploma is REQUIRED, and work experience from similar assignments is a merit. It is advantageous if you have experience working with children. We are seeking a self-directed and flexible social pedagogue with commitment and a positive demeanor for our operations in the Växjö region. Job Duties: As a Social Pedagogue / Contact Person, you will be available to guide and provide security through individual daily support. You will be a contact person for a number of clients whom you will meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may include trauma processing, crisis management and conversations regarding the violence / situation for increased understanding. Practical support may include, for example, transportation, contact with authorities, doctor's visits, identifying activities such as internships or work, promoting good health through exercise. Provide individuals living in our apartments with increased confidence in their own abilities and increased independence. Administrative tasks such as social documentation and development of implementation plans. Practical work related to move-in / move-out and ongoing during the placement.
