About the Role As a contact person, you work closely with people and become an important part of their development journey. You serve as a support, sounding board, and positive force in everyday life. The work involves creating motivation, building trust, and helping individuals take steps toward greater independence and goal achievement. The role involves significant personal responsibility and requires you to combine warmth and empathy with clarity, structure, and professionalism. Your tasks may include: • Individual support conversations and motivation work • Practical support in daily life • Follow-up on goals and milestones • Documentation according to implementation plans • Collaboration with various stakeholders around the individual • Mapping of needs and resources • Support in creating structure, routines, and long-term solutions Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to make a real difference. You are confident in yourself, have good people skills, and understand the importance of creating professional relationships. You have the ability to meet people where they are while motivating them to develop and take responsibility for their own situation. To succeed in this role, you need to be: • Relationship-oriented • Organized and responsible • Independent and solution-focused • Professional in your communication • Comfortable documenting and following up on your work • Comfortable working based on goals, plans, and clear assignments We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications It is advantageous if you have: • Experience in social work, treatment, support services, or similar work • Higher education or post-secondary education in social work, behavioral science, pedagogy, or another relevant field • Experience with documentation and follow-up • A driver's license (category B) Scope The position is task-based and hourly employment. The scope varies depending on the assignment and can be combined with other work or studies. Many of our contact persons have several parallel assignments. Work takes place primarily in afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.
