About the Role
As a consultant manager with us, you get great responsibility and great opportunities. You drive the entire staffing process from start to finish – from customer contact and quote preparation to matching, recruitment and follow-up. Here, your performance is directly linked to your compensation.
You will, among other things:
Build and maintain relationships with customers in healthcare and social services
Recruit and match consultants based on customer needs
Create business deals and develop your own portfolio
Work independently with support from an engaged and modern company
We are Looking for You
Are driven, responsible and comfortable working on commission
Have experience from staffing, recruitment or sales (advantageous but not required)
Are communicative, trustworthy and have high work ethics
Want to develop and build something long-term together with us
