As a Consultant Manager at Adecco in Växjö, you will work with the delivery of staffing and recruitment services for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. You will have overall responsibility for your customers, combining the development of existing relationships with active new customer acquisition as a natural part of your daily work. In this role, you are responsible for analyzing and mapping your customers' needs, creating business and activity plans, and adapting sales strategies to reach and exceed set targets. Additionally, you have personnel responsibility for a number of consultants working at our customers, which means you act as a trusted and inspiring leader. Your main areas of responsibility: Daily contact with candidates, consultants, and customers. Recruiting consultants and managing personnel matters. Develop existing customer relationships and actively pursue new customers. Manage administration, planning, and ensure delivery of high quality. You will work from our office in Växjö and report directly to our Area Branch Manager. About you You are driven by creating new business opportunities and building trusting relationships with both candidates and customers. With your business-minded approach, you have a sharp ability to understand customer needs, identify solutions, and find areas for development. As a leader, you are a role model who inspires and contributes to high consultant satisfaction through your engagement and presence. You are passionate about delivering results and keeping customers, consultants, and candidates in focus.
