About the Role As a Consultant Manager, you'll become a key person in our team. You'll be responsible for recruiting, matching, and following up with healthcare personnel while building long-term relationships with both consultants and customers. No two days are the same. One day you're interviewing new candidates, the next you're helping a consultant find their dream assignment or working with the team to develop new ways of working. With us, you'll have the opportunity to: Recruit and match healthcare personnel to assignments across all of Sweden. Build strong and long-term relationships with consultants. Follow up with consultants during ongoing assignments and contribute to their development. Work with recruitment, employer branding, and candidate networks. Help develop our working methods, procedures, and company culture. Contribute ideas and take initiatives that help both the company and your colleagues succeed. We believe that you... Enjoy working with people. Are positive, engaged, and have a talent for building trust. Thrive with responsibility and are motivated by seeing results.
