About the Role As Consultant Manager, you'll be a key person in our team. You'll be responsible for recruiting, matching, and following up with healthcare personnel while building long-term relationships with both consultants and clients. No two days are the same. One day you're interviewing new candidates, the next you're helping a consultant find their dream assignment or working on developing new processes with the team. With us, you'll have the opportunity to: Recruit and match healthcare personnel to assignments throughout Sweden. Build strong and long-term relationships with consultants. Follow up with consultants during ongoing assignments and contribute to their development. Work with recruitment, employer branding, and candidate networks. Be part of developing our processes, routines, and company culture. Contribute ideas and take initiatives that help both the company and your colleagues succeed. We Believe You... Have experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, sales, or customer relations. Want to develop together with a company that's still in an exciting growth phase.
