We're now looking for a Consultant Manager to join our team in Eastern Gothland with placement in Norrköping or Linköping. About the role As a Consultant Manager at Jefferson Wells, you play a central role in developing our client relationships and ensuring successful placements with some of the region's most well-known companies. You work closely with clients, candidates, and colleagues to understand skill needs, find the right solutions, and create long-term partnerships. The role combines client responsibility, consultant care, and recruitment with a clear business focus. You drive processes from needs analysis to placement and follow up on deliveries to ensure high quality and client satisfaction. You will primarily work with expertise areas such as procurement, logistics, HR, finance, project management, and engineering. Your main responsibilities Build and develop long-term relationships with clients in the region Identify clients' skill needs and create business opportunities Match, recruit, and place consultants in ongoing and new assignments Personnel responsibility Manage consultant care and ongoing follow-up of consultants on assignments Conduct client meetings and visits to develop partnerships Work proactively to identify future skill needs among clients Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to find the right candidates Ensure high quality in deliveries and good candidate and client experience Work towards established business goals and KPIs We're looking for someone who has Post-secondary education in, for example, HR, finance, behavioral science, engineering, or equivalent Experience in recruitment, staffing, consulting, sales, or client responsibility Experience in client management or business development is a merit Good knowledge of Swedish and English A valid driver's license is required Who are you?
