Your manager and your development Your team leader is Jessica Hammarström and will work closely with you and have good insight into your daily work. We have a dedicated Training Program where, as a Consultant Manager, you have a clear plan on an annual basis to develop your abilities and sharpen your skills. Responsibilities The role of Consultant Manager is varied and you will work within these areas: Recruitment: Job requirements, job posting, selection, interviews, client presentation, and employment process Create client relationships: Build and maintain business relationships with your clients Personnel responsibility for consultants: Monitoring well-being, development, work environment, developing your leadership skills, labor law, etc. We are looking for you who Work experience from similar tasks previously, as you will have the opportunity to take over clients and consultants from day one Completed post-secondary education in human resources, organizational psychology, service management, or similar B-class driver's license Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and good English in speech and writing, as you will have discussions, participate in training, etc. in both languages As a person, you are: We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented team player who thrives in a business-focused role with many contact points.
