About the Role
As a consultant manager, you play a central role in creating value for both clients and consultants. You are responsible for developing long-term client relationships, ensuring high quality in our deliverables, and leading our consultants in their assignments. The role encompasses client responsibility, recruitment, personnel management, and development of both new and existing business. You work closely with colleagues, clients, and candidates to create successful and sustainable solutions.
You will become part of an engaged team where the pace is fast, collaboration is strong, and together we make a difference for both businesses and individuals. Our clients are primarily located in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, but also Västernorrland, so travel is a natural part of the work. Some assignments are performed on-site at the client, where you become an integrated part of the operation and are responsible for matters related to recruitment, staffing, and personnel management.

Qualifications
Relevant education and/or experience in the field
Good IT proficiency
Swedish and English, spoken and written
Class B driver's license
