Systrarnas Bemanning AB is a growing and personalized staffing company operating in healthcare and care services. We have our office in Falköping and work with staffing solutions for regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers throughout Sweden. The company was founded by twin sisters Helene Odh and Ulrika Lundh, both licensed nurses with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Our own background in healthcare gives us a good understanding of both our staff's daily work and our customers' needs. About the Position We are looking for a driven and experienced consulting manager who wants to help develop our operations starting immediately. You will have a varied role where you are responsible for both consultants, customers, and daily staffing. Your main responsibilities: Recruit and hire nurses and midwives Match consultants with current assignments Maintain ongoing contact with customers and consultants Work with procurement, contracts, and call-offs Follow up on ongoing assignments and build customer relationships Contribute to the company's development and growth We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment Has experience with procurement and work with municipalities/regions Is familiar with the SKR agreement Is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented Is confident in customer and consultant interactions Has strong communication skills and speaks/writes Swedish fluently Is driven by goals, results, and creating long-term relationships We Offer A free and varied role with great personal responsibility Opportunity for full-time remote work Opportunity to influence and develop together with the company Competitive salary with potential for bonus/performance-based compensation An engaged team with short decision-making processes Employment Type: 6-month probationary period, thereafter opportunity for permanent employment.
