We have our office in Falköping and work with staffing solutions for, among others, regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers throughout Sweden. The company was founded by twin sisters Helene Odh and Ulrika Lundh, both registered nurses with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Our own background in healthcare gives us a good understanding of both our healthcare staff's daily work and our clients' needs. About the Position We are seeking a driven and experienced consultant manager who wants to help develop our business, starting immediately. You will have a varied role where you are responsible for both consultants, clients, and daily staffing. Your main responsibilities: Recruit and hire nurses and midwives Match consultants to current assignments Maintain ongoing contact with clients and consultants Work with procurement, contracts, and call-offs Follow up on ongoing assignments and build client relationships Contribute to the company's development and growth We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment Has experience with procurement and work with municipalities/regions Is organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented Is comfortable with client and consultant contact Has good communication skills and speaks/writes Swedish fluently Is driven by goals, results, and building long-term relationships We Offer A free and varied role with significant responsibility Opportunity for remote work Opportunity to influence and develop together with the company Competitive salary with possibility for bonus/performance-based compensation A committed team with short decision-making processes Location: Falköping with opportunity for remote work Employment Form: 6-month probationary period, thereafter possibility of permanent employment.
