Systrarnas Bemanning AB is a growing and personal staffing company operating within healthcare and care services. We have our office in Falköping and work with staffing solutions for regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers throughout Sweden. The company was founded by twin sisters Helene Odh and Ulrika Lundh, both licensed nurses with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Our own background in healthcare gives us a good understanding of both healthcare staff's daily life and our customers' needs. About the Position We are seeking a driven and experienced staffing manager who wants to help develop our business, starting immediately. You will have a varied role where you are responsible for both consultants, customers, and daily staffing operations. Your main responsibilities: Recruit and hire nurses and midwives Match consultants to current assignments Maintain ongoing contact with customers and consultants Work with procurements, agreements, and call-offs Follow up on ongoing assignments and build customer relationships Contribute to the company's development and growth We are looking for someone who Has experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment Has experience with procurements and work with municipalities/regions Is organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented Is comfortable with customer and consultant contact Has good communication skills and speaks/writes Swedish fluently Is driven by goals, results, and creating long-term relationships We Offer A free and varied role with significant personal responsibility Opportunity to work remotely Opportunity to influence and develop together with the company Competitive salary with possibility for bonus/performance-based compensation An engaged team with short decision-making processes Location: Falköping with possibility to work remotely Employment Type: 6-month probationary period, thereafter opportunity for permanent employment.
