Consulting Manager ILS/IPS - Build Our Business in Stockholm

Job Description We are continuing to build Sigma Technology Engineering – a growing business unit within Sigma focused on leading and supporting engineering roles in technology, systems, supply chain, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS/IPS). We are part of Sigma Technology Group with over 5,000 employees in 15 countries and work closely with leading companies in the defense and industrial sectors. We are now taking the next step in our ILS/IPS initiative and establishing operations in several new locations in Sweden. In Stockholm, we are seeking you to lead and build our local operations. We are looking for someone with solid technical experience and a strong network within ILS/IPS, who wants to combine your expertise with business development and leadership. Perhaps you currently work as a Senior ILS Engineer, ILS Manager, Team Lead, or project manager – or you already lead a team or operation in this field. What Does the Role Involve? As Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing our ILS/IPS operations in the Stockholm region. You will work closely with our national ILS/IPS operations and other leaders at Sigma Technology, with considerable freedom to develop the local business based on customers, market opportunities, and your vision. You will, among other things: Responsibility for business growth, resource utilization, and profitability Recruit, build, and develop your local team Build and develop long-term customer relationships in defense and industry Drive business development and create new business within ILS/IPS Lead and coach your team members Contribute your technical expertise in customer dialogues and complex deliveries Develop our offering and strengthen our position in ILS/IPS in the region Work with other ILS/IPS leaders to develop our expertise, methodology, and deliveries nationally As the business grows, the role will increasingly focus on leadership, business development, and continued growth. Core Competencies We believe you have: Several years of qualified experience within ILS/IPS Knowledge in areas such as LSA, maintenance planning, RAM, LCC, FMECA, S1000D, technical documentation, or system maintenance Experience with complex technical products, systems, or projects A relevant network within ILS/IPS, the defense industry, and/or related industries Ability to build trust and conduct qualified dialogues with both technical specialists and decision-makers Clear business drive and interest in people and business development Strong knowledge of Swedish and English We especially welcome experience from the defense industry, FMV, or the Swedish Armed Forces. Experience from the consulting industry, customer responsibility, business development, recruitment, or people management is a plus.
