Consultant Manager – Dedicare Healthcare The Nordic region's largest recruitment and staffing company within healthcare, life science, and social services is seeking consultant managers for the Doctor and Nurse areas to strengthen its team in Sweden. The Consultant Manager Role As a consultant manager, you will be part of a dynamic team consisting of other consultant managers, administrators, and sales professionals. Together, you work toward the common goal of helping our customers with staffing needs. We believe in the strength of collaboration, and you will always have colleagues to discuss challenges with. As a consultant manager, you will have a varied day with elements of sales, recruitment, and administration. You spend much of your time on the phone with new consultants, and you often visit customers to strengthen relationships. In between, you update our business systems to create structure. You have two main areas of responsibility: consultant responsibility and customer responsibility. Consultant Responsibility: Build and maintain a strong network of potential consultants. Lead the recruitment process. From finding and identifying suitable candidates to ensuring their qualifications through interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, and background verification. Follow up with consultants on assignment. Customer Responsibility: Create and maintain customer relationships with both public and private clients. Work with sales, conduct customer visits, and ensure we reach our goals for each customer. Prepare quotations, conduct price negotiations, and follow up on collaboration with your customers. Good to Know We work with clear individual goals and a shared team budget. Travel occurs, both with and without overnight stays. On-call duty occurs with responsibility for customer and consultant contacts. About You & Your Experience We are looking for someone who is a good human being and is motivated by our purpose: to contribute to people's health, development, and quality of life. You enjoy having many contact points and are driven by building business relationships; you will talk daily on the phone with customers and consultants and work closely with your colleagues. Furthermore, you tackle problems that arise and find creative solutions.
