As a Consultant Manager with us, you'll enjoy a varied daily routine where relationships with our customers, consultants, and candidates form the foundation of our work. Here you'll work with consultants in the blue collar sector, primarily in warehouse, transport, and logistics. About the Position The role of Consultant Manager with us is highly varied—no two days are really alike. You have overall responsibility and drive your own recruitment processes with continuous follow-up with both customers and candidates throughout the process. You establish job requirements together with the customer, create job postings, conduct selections, perform interviews, conduct reference checks, and make hiring decisions. You're also responsible for daily staffing and have personnel responsibility for your consultants on assignments. You manage multiple recruitment and staffing processes in parallel, and it's important to deliver on time with the highest possible quality. You'll be based at our office in central Eskilstuna and spend your days both at the office and visiting our customers and consultants in Eskilstuna and surrounding areas.
