Interim / Consultant - Tech Lead – consulting assignment in e-commerce in Stockholm. Drive technology, business systems, and AI adoption at our client. We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who wants to take on a consulting assignment at our client, an e-commerce company in Stockholm. You will receive a broad technical mandate – from Microsoft 365 and business systems to Shopify, PIM, integrations, and practical AI – in an operation where technology creates a better customer experience and better business outcomes. The assignment starts as soon as possible and will run for an extended period. What we offer you As a consultant in the Interim Tech Lead role, you will get: Broad technical responsibility, from everyday technology to business systems and technology development. Drive AI adoption across the entire organization. Own technical decisions, integrations, and system architecture in a business-critical operation. Combine strategic responsibility with practical, hands-on work. What you will do at our client As a consultant at our client, you will: Ensure that Microsoft 365, Entra, and everyday technology function reliably. Own business systems such as Business Central, Shopify, PIM, and POS as well as their integrations. Drive AI adoption and identify practical AI use cases. Lead major technology projects within PIM, ERP, and omnichannel solutions, among others. Manage technology budgets, vendors, and external development partners. Collaborate closely with Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Sales & Buying. Your team and workplace As a consultant, you will become a key person at our client, an e-commerce company in Stockholm, with close collaboration with retail, e-commerce, logistics, finance, marketing, and sales & buying. The assignment is based at the client in Stockholm. More about you We are looking for a consultant who wants to combine broad technical responsibility with practical problem-solving. We believe that you have: Strong general understanding of technology, business systems, integrations, and data flows. Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and operational problems. Experience leading vendors, consultants, or development partners. Experience from e-commerce or related consumer operations is a merit. Fluent English. As a person, you are curious, take ownership, and drive problems all the way to resolution.
