Consulting Assignment - DevOps / Solution / Platform Architect for extended assignment in the defense industry in Stockholm or Gothenburg!
We are seeking a senior Solution/Platform Architect in Stockholm for a qualified consulting assignment in the defense industry. For the right profile, Gothenburg may also be an option. You will have a central role in modernizing, establishing, and further developing development and platform capabilities in a complex technical environment.

What you will do with us
You will work with both existing platform services and establishing new capabilities throughout the development and application lifecycle.
You will, among other things:
design and implement modern platform solutions
drive transformation, modernization, and migration
develop Kubernetes- and container-based platforms
establish CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated workflows
operationalize platform services for production
translate architecture and strategy into concrete roadmaps.
Your team and workplace
You will become part of a team responsible for business-critical systems with high availability requirements. The work takes place in close collaboration with the business, development, operations, internal IT, and external vendors. You will be based centrally in Stockholm with the option for hybrid work.
You will work cross-functionally closely with development, operations, security, and other technical specialists in a mission-critical environment.
The assignment is within the defense industry and places high demands on information security, control, and availability.
Location: Stockholm. Gothenburg is possible.
Work format: 5 days per week on-site
Security: Valid background check (RK) required
More about you
You are a senior architect who combines a holistic perspective with practical experience. You have been involved in implementation, migration, and production deployment yourself – not just consulting.
We are looking for someone who has:
multiple years of experience as Solution/Platform Architect or equivalent
experience with platforms in larger organizations
practical experience in operations, SRE, or Platform Operations
deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms
experience with CI/CD, Git, DevSecOps, and automation
experience with transformation and migration
familiarity with operationalizing business-critical platform services.
Experience from security-classified or regulatory environments is particularly valuable, as are large-scale transformation initiatives and standardization of shared platform services.
