About the Role As an energy and environmental consultant at Bengt Dahlgren, you will work on both large new construction projects and shorter specialist assignments. You will be an important part of projects and support clients through new regulations, increased climate requirements, and energy-related challenges. Your work tasks may include Climate calculations and energy simulations Energy coordination in new construction Energy efficiency improvements and energy declarations Environmental certifications (e.g., Green Building) Thermal bridge calculations and daylight calculations Radon measurements and EU-related investigations Beyond your immediate colleagues, you will have strong support from competent employees throughout the country. We are looking for someone who wants to develop further within environmental and energy issues and who thrives in a consultant role. You are organized, engaged, and have an easy time communicating at a level that both clients and colleagues understand. Must-Have Requirements At least 3 years of experience within energy/real estate, preferably as a case handler or consultant Relevant education within construction, energy, environment, or similar Experience with calculations in IDA ICE Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Class B driver's license Merits Experience with energy investigations, energy audits, or LCC calculations Certification expertise in, for example, Green Building or BREEAM An established network in the region Expertise related to HVAC or energy technology About Framtiden We at Framtiden work with both staffing and recruitment.
