About the Role This is a direct hire position, which means the recruitment process is handled by Bravura and you will be employed directly by Coligo. In this role, you'll develop your security expertise working closely with senior specialists, progressively building deeper knowledge in Azure Security, identity management, network security, and Microsoft Defender. Your Responsibilities As an Azure Security Consultant, you'll be part of Coligo's security team with a focus on Azure Security and Microsoft's security platform. This role is ideal if you have a foundation in IT or cloud services and want to advance your cybersecurity expertise alongside some of the industry's most experienced specialists. You'll work on client projects where security is central to the delivery, collaborating closely with experienced security consultants who will support your development and review your work. As you grow into the role, you'll progressively take on greater responsibility in Azure Security, identity management, network security, governance, and automated deliveries. The goal is for you to develop specialist expertise and become a key person in Coligo's security deliveries. Certifications and continuous professional development are a natural part of this role. Example Responsibilities: Map and analyze customers' Azure environments, including identities, networks, logging, and security solutions Conduct gap analyses against established frameworks and security standards within Azure Work with access reviews in Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on permissions and privileged access Ensure backup, logging, and monitoring solutions are properly configured Follow up on recommendations from Microsoft Defender for Cloud and contribute to implementing security measures Prepare documentation for reports, action plans, and technical documentation Source code management in GitHub and Azure DevOps Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, support, infrastructure, or security-related work Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, such as resources, identity, or networking Basic understanding of Microsoft Defender, identity protection, or other security features in Microsoft environments Basic PowerShell skills Started or completed certification in AZ-900 and/or SC-900 A clear interest in IT security and a desire to develop your expertise in this area Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Merits Completed AZ-500 and/or SC-200 certification Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deliveries Experience with monitoring, incident management, or working in a SOC-like environment where logs, alerts, and security events have been handled in practice We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in security who is motivated to develop alongside people who have expertise you want to gain.
